Here are some photos from replacing the rudder on my 380-132. Noticed blistering on starboard side of rudder after 5yrs. Factory assisted in rebuilding rudder. Tricks to removing rudder:
- there is a locking collar under helm seat
- there is a jam pin that holds shoe on rudder shaft. need to turn rudder 180deg
- steering and autopilot quadrants have to come all the way off to slide out rudder
